Commitments

Reliability

It is critical that your technical document be understood by the experts of your sector. To this end, the translator has to grasp the meaning of all technical terms and the scientific reasoning in order to convey its exact meaning. My scientific knowledge allows me to translate very technical contents. I use the terminology specific to your domain and perform extensive terminology research to deliver a document that perfectly meets your expectations.

Quality

All contents are translated and proofread with the utmost care to ensure the consistency of the text, respect of the terminology specific to your domain, but also the syntax, the grammar, the typographical norms and the original layout.

Compliance with delivery deadlines

I undertake to provide you with your translations within the deadlines agreed upon at the beginning of the project. Do not hesitate if you need an urgent translation, I will send you a quote ASAP.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is an integral part of my work. All requests for translation and quotations are dealt with in the strictest confidence.

Rates

The translation (including proofreading) is charged according to the number of words in the source document as counted by the MS Word software. Proofreading only is charged hourly.

Rates are subject to change depending on the nature of the translation, its complexity and the requested timeline. Urgent work requiring work on weekends, holidays or at night shall lead to an increase. A minimum fee is charged for translations of less than 250 words.

My rates are fair, competitive and reflect the quality of my work and my conscientiousness.

Do not hesitate to send me your documents and your requirements (deadline, specific terminology...) so that I can send you a free personalised quote.
